Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: 8–10 hours per week

Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (if local)

Reports To: Lead Real Estate Agent / Team Lead

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our growing real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and has a strong eye for design and social media. You'll help manage listings, marketing campaigns, and online presence, while providing light administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and client files.
  • Update CRM (client database) and track leads, showings, and transactions.
  • Schedule appointments, showings, and follow-ups.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar and brand presence.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online following.
  • Design and send email newsletters and marketing campaigns.

Design & Video Editing

  • Create visually appealing marketing materials such as listing flyers, postcards, and social media graphics.
  • Edit short-form videos for property tours, agent highlights, and social media reels.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects.

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time: 8–10 hours per week (flexible schedule).
  • Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
