Established in 1986, the company has grown to become a major player in the international market, with operations in the UK, Canada, Singapore, and GCC Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in calendar management, executive scheduling, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential administrative support. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct executive support to CEO, Director, or Senior ManagementManage calendars, appointments, meetings, and executive schedulesCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsPrepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendasHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionAct as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholdersManage emails, phone calls, and executive communicationsAssist with office administration, document management, and record keepingSupport project coordination and follow-up on action itemsEnsure deadlines are met and priorities are well organized Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative AssistantStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Office ManagementExperience supporting C-level executivesKnowledge of Canadian business practicesExperience with calendar management tools and CRM systems Why Join Us: Competitive salary and benefits packageCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work with senior leadership Pay: CAD 50,000.00 - CAD 78,000.00 per year
