Executive Assistant
to support our Divisional Director in the Children & Young People Division.
Join a team dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care and education, making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
About You
About The Role
What You'll Do
- Manage the Divisional Director's calendar, travel, and communications.
- Coordinate divisional projects and track key milestones.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks, meetings, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure.
