Executive Assistant
to support our Divisional Director in the Children & Young People Division.

About You
About The Role

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Divisional Director's calendar, travel, and communications.
  • Coordinate divisional projects and track key milestones.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks, meetings, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure.
