If this describes you, we invite you to join our team. Our clients are remarkable individuals seeking care from professionals with a wide range of expertise. They rely on compassionate and dependable individuals like you to assist them with: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).Ensuring client safety while participating in community and home based activities. Behavioural Support and redirectionOther care tasks include: organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional support, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks. You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are someone who is reliable, organized, and can work independently. Care is tailored to each person, so each position is unique. Some clients need mainly in-home support. Others require support participating in community activities. Whatever the circumstances, we want people who will genuinely care about their wellbeing. Requirements: Valid First Aid and Standard CPR C Smartphone with a data planVulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months Assets: Experience working independently and as part of a multidisciplinaryUniversity and/or College education in a related fieldDrivers License G class with access to a vehicleNon-Violent crisis intervention Hours: Flexible scheduling options based on client availability. Caregiver has full autonomy in organizing and managing their schedule and availability based on client matches. Rate of Pay: Starting at $23-28/hour Why Choose Spark?
