We are hiring a **Support Worker** to work with our partners**,** to provide a variety of support including behavior management, mental health support and etc. to live their lives to their fullest potential.

**Hours of Work**:

- **Full availability required (Days, Afternoons, Overnight)**
- Create a supportive and collaborative environment in order to maximize clients’ potential.
- Role modeling, queuing and prompting effective communication skills
- Participate in community-based activities
- Skill acquisition / assisting with social skills - life skills
- Assist in personal care

**Qualifications**
- Ability to multitask and prioritize Mental Health Diagnosis
- Behavioral Management
- **Open Availability**:

- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Police check
- Crisis Prevention Certification
- Current drivers abstract
- **Availability on workdays, evenings, and weekends**

The **Support Worker **is responsible for providing a variety of supports including personal care, behaviour management, mental health support and etc. to live their lives to their fullest potential. Other duties may include meal prepping, light housekeeping, detail note-taking among other tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Personal Care (toileting, bathing and Personal Care): 1 year (required)
