POSITION: Accounts Receivable Administrator JOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentLOCATION: Grande Prairie, AlbertaWAGE RANGE: $23.00-$25.00/hour The Agency is assisting Royal LePage The Realty Group Property Management in the recruitment of a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team. JOB SUMMARY:In this pivotal role, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will ensure the smooth financial operations of Royal LePage Property Management. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism and confidentiality. This position involves regular communication with tenants, team members, and property owners to address financial obligations, outstanding payments, and rental-related inquiries. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process tenant payments, handling various methods including pre-authorized debits (PAD), e-transfers, and debit/credit card transactionsPrepare reports and reconcile accounts using Propertyware for daily banking tasksProcess non-sufficient funds (NSF) payments, update tenant ledgers, and maintain the delinquent accounts reportAllocate utility bills and manage recoveries for tenants and propertiesPrepare and manage security deposit reports, ensuring compliance with legal and company timelinesGenerate and distribute monthly rent receipts to tenantsContact tenants regarding outstanding rent, returned payments, or move-out chargesEstablish and follow up on payment arrangements with delinquent tenantsPrepare and issue delinquency notices, collection letters, and reports for RTDRS (Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service) proceedings as neededCommunicate with property owners about tenant accounts, balances, and payment updatesUpdate lease renewals in financial and banking systemsSupport end-of-month reporting and prepare documentation for auditsCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting for tenants and property owners REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferredAt least 2 years of experience in finance, property management, or administrative rolesFamiliarity with financial software such as Propertyware and RBC Express is a strong assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to manage sensitive financial matters tactfully and professionallyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace particularly Excel/Google SheetsOrganized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS: Competitive WagesHealth Benefits PackageOpportunities for professional development and growth within companyCollaborative and supportive team environment JOB POSTING INFORMATION: Submit your resume and cover letter to The Agency at recruiter@theagency212.com.
