We’re looking for an Infrastructure Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and fully automated environments. From development to production, you’ll play a key role in designing automation processes and infrastructure as code that accelerate delivery while ensuring resilience and compliance. **You’ll be responsible for**:
**Infrastructure Automation & Development**
- Design, build, and maintain automation tooling (playbooks, manifests, configurations).
- Manage and deploy automation platforms.
- Ensure parity across dev, test, staging, and production environments.
- Contribute to internal tooling and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Document architecture and deployment processes.

**System Administration**
- Deploy and manage secure infrastructure following best practices.
- Monitor logs and performance, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.
- Ensure alignment with compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).

**Continuous Learning**
- Stay current on tools, tech, and industry standards.
- Attend relevant conferences and learning opportunities.

**What we want from you**:

- DEC or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in infrastructure, automation, or DevOps roles
- Proficiency in tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell DSC
- Solid networking skills (Cisco IOS, ArubaOS-CX, Fortinet)
- Experience with HCI and containers
- Familiarity with GitOps, public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Have a builder’s mindset with a bias toward action
- Solve problems creatively and pragmatically
- Passionate about performance, quality, and user impact
- Work collaboratively across teams
- Communicate clearly and proactively in English, French an asset
