**Test Automation Specialist**

**Your Day with Equisoft**:

- Define test strategies for new and existing features of UI Frameworks
- Design, develop and maintain automation test scripts
- Collaborate with quality assurance specialists and developers to identify defects
- Review requirements, use cases, user stories, and other specifications
- Analyze tests results, create test reports and document defects found
- Suggest improvements to automation processes, documentation and scripting standards enabling the evolution of test practices

**Requirements**:
**Technical**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent training and/or professional experiences will also be considered
- Experience with BDD
- Experience with C# or Java
- Experience in automation testing using Selenium Webdriver and Selenium Grid
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)

**Soft skills**
- Strong sense of organization and prioritizing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
- Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and disciplin

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with SoapUI, Neoload, JMeter and JIRA
- Experience in Performance Tests
- Knowledge of financial and/or insurance industries is a strong asset
