Marketing Senior Specialist - Digital Communications

**Location**: Montreal -Canada

**About The Role**

Every innovation we bring to our services creates a new story worth sharing. To help us drive this change, we are looking for a Marketing Senior Specialist with a focus on Digital Communications to shape, implement, and deliver our marketing strategy.

In this role, you will define the overall marketing vision and lead its execution across campaigns, events, branding, websites, and digital presence. You’ll be responsible for building our marketing roadmap, ensuring consistent messaging, impactful engagement, and measurable results. From creating automated approaches for content and digital channels to driving events, social media, internal communications, and brand evolution, you will play a key role in positioning our companies as distinctive and influential players in the industry.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will set direction, but also roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, manage tools, oversee digital funnels, support sales, and deliver results across multiple channels. Collaboration with sales, product/solutions, and leadership teams will be critical to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the marketing strategy aligned with the business goals of the company.
- Manage overall digital presence, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable impact.
- Lead participation in industry events and webinars, from promotion to execution and follow-up.
- Develop content strategies and manage visual identity across all channels.
- Build, manage, and mentor a marketing team, while coordinating with external partners/vendors.
- Support sales with marketing collateral such as presentations, case studies, and one-pagers.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
- Develop and track marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Optimize digital funnels for lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
- Stay current with industry trends and marketing technologies to keep the companies ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and event management.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product/solutions, and leadership teams.
