Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the overall health of the site listing with regular maintenance and updates.
2. Process online orders via Website / Marketplaces (running Shopify, or amazon, eBay, etc) by creating a shipment, monitor shipping process;
3. Upload new images and descriptions for a complete product page.
4. Monitor inventory levels to improve efficiencies and maintain the product catalog.
6. Ensure timely completion of customer orders;
7. Working with the Creative Department on scheduled promotions and new product releases.
8. Assisting E-Commerce Department with sale pricing, inventory adjustments and sales forecasting/reporting
9. Edit themes and create custom modules and pages.
10. Optimize product listings, or optimize the website
11. Make suggestion and recommendations on how to improve site flow and sales.
12. Produce monthly analytics reports on sales, traffic, and customer journeys.
- Qualifications and Skills

1. E-Commerce Experience (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
2. Work experience in E-commerce, online
3. marketing, or equivalent experience, or Experience in Customer service is an asset.
6. Manderin Speaking, and Excellent written and verbal skills in English
7. Detail focused, strong attention to design and keen eye on competitive advantages
8. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
9. Intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
10. Able to use basic softwires to design art files is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
