As an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate, you will provide exceptional support to online customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). You will also focus on customer retention and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

  • Multi-Channel Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate assistance.

  • Order Management & Issue Resolution

Assist with placing, modifying, and canceling orders, track shipments, and proactively resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate with accounting and shipping team to ensure timely order processing tasks.

  • Customer Retention & Personalized Service

Build strong customer relationships by managing customer personas and providing personalized service that encourages repeat business and loyalty.

  • Review & Optimize Customer Journey

Assess the customer journey to identify areas for improvement, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from browsing to order fulfillment.

  • Accurate Billing & Payment Processing

Use strong math skills to verify order totals, apply discounts, calculate taxes, and ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing.

  • Feedback & Satisfaction Monitoring

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 9 per week
