With growing locations in Toronto and Mississauga, we are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associates to join our team.

As a Sales Associate at Ecogo, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and helping them find the perfect e-scooter or e-bike to suit their needs. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing exceptional service.
- Explain product features, benefits, and technical details of e-scooters and e-bikes.
- Conduct test rides and ensure customer safety during demonstrations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product arrivals.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking displays.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
- Support marketing efforts, including promotions and social media engagement.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as needed, such as assembling, adjusting, or troubleshooting e-scooters and e-bikes.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
- Passion for e-mobility and sustainability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical product details in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of e-bike and e-scooter mechanics is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
