**Marketing Coordinator**

Cotton Inc., an established construction company in the Niagara Region specializing in concrete forming and foundations, is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. At Cotton Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional construction services to our clients.

**Job Summary**

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns for the company and its departments. Working in our office, this role works closely with the management team to drive company awareness, generate leads, and achieve business growth objectives.

This is an On-Site, In-Office position. -NO REMOTE WORK
- **Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Campaign Management**
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and source external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution

**Digital Marketing**
- Manage the company's website, including content updates and SEO optimization
- Develop and organize social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation

**Event Management**
- Coordinate logistics for any trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
- Assist with event promotion, registration, and on-site support
- Gather and analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement

**Marketing Analytics**
- Collect and analyze data from various marketing channels to measure campaign effectiveness
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and insights
- Identify opportunities for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education in Marketing, Media Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing & social analytic knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Paid ads, social media management tools) & communication tools such as Asana
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative mindset for content creation
- Ability to analyze marketing data
- Ability to source, manage and communicate with external agencies
