Rosedale Seniors’ Living, a leader in assisted living, is seeking a Leasing Manager.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure a positive client experience from the first point of contact providing professional, friendly service and information in a timely manner.
- Respond to and follow up on enquiries; show and lease suites.
- Accurately complete and maintain lease agreements and associated required paperwork.
- Coordinate suite move in and move outs including coordinating cleaning and repairs for turnover.
- Complete tracking and information reports.
- Contribute to marketing and advertising strategies.
- Communicate and work with our management team.
- Proactively seek leads for prospective residents

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate a daily commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction
- A proven ability to promote the property and amenities and achieve desired occupancy rates
- Experience working in property leasing with a strong sales background
- Flexibility to work various shifts including the occasional evening and weekend day
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel) with accuracy in data entry
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Grade 12 diploma, post-secondary certificate, or diploma
- Clear Criminal Records Check

Schedule:

- Generally, Monday to Friday. May be required to come in the occasional weekend day

**Experience**:

- Property Leasing: 1 year would be preferred
