**Overview**: The Leasing Administrator supports the Leasing and Property Manager in ensuring efficient leasing operations and tenant management for Westrich Construction Alberta Ltd. in maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the leasing team across a portfolio of 300-500 units.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lease Processing and Document Management**
- Draft, process, and manage lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Upload and organize signed leases, correspondence, and related documents in Google Drive and Yardi.

**Tenant Information Management**
- Verify tenant data accuracy to support leasing, billing, and compliance processes.
- Ensure renters’ insurance is active and compliant.

**Financial and Operational Management**
- Input and adjust rent rates, fees, and charges in Yardi for accurate monthly billing.
- Generate payment reminders, and process security deposits post move-out.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and meeting deadlines with accuracy.
- Generate monthly Metergy reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Create and issue accurate tenant invoices for utilities and other charges.
- Provide support to other positions and departments as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume administrative tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Leasing and Property Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

- Identify and propose opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
