Outside Sales Representative

Omega Industrial Supply Canada, is a specialty chemical manufacturing company with a strong North American presence that provides customers with the products they need to keep them up and running. We are seeking motivated, passionate, energetic and engaged individuals with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to fill outside sales positions in several areas.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify leads, manage prospective customers and acquire new business
- Demonstrate extensive product line knowledge
- Plan, determine, target accounts and markets to call on;
- Perform calls to potential customers setting meetings and follow up calls;
- Service new and existing clients, perform site survey’s by reviewing site equipment,inspection, evaluation, gathering pertinent information
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field action plans
**Qualifications **(preferred not required)
- 1 year experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success (however, novice sales individuals encouraged to apply)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner;
- Provide exceptional customer service:
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- This position will be full-time commission based position.
- The typical work schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday,
Omega’s compensation structure is a variable performance-based compensation elements (salary, commissions and bonus). Starting is $36,000.
**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
