We are now looking for a motivated, success-driven Security Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence across BC.

The Opportunity

As our Security Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new B2B sales opportunities
  • Nurturing and growing an existing base of clients
  • Pitching and presenting Live Video Monitoring solutions on-site
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Driving company revenue while educating clients on real security risks

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys meeting clients, and wants to be part of an established and growing security company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate new leads
  • Meet with clients on-site to evaluate security needs
  • Deliver compelling presentations on Live Video Monitoring solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and tailored security recommendations
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates
  • Follow up with prospects and close new business
  • Represent the company professionally at sites, meetings, and events
  • Collaborate with our monitoring and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (security, construction, or technology an asset)
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of advertising & marketing
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient computer skills (CRM experience is an asset)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
  • Confidence presenting to business owners, site supers, and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently

Pay: $35,500.00-$145,832.74 per year
