Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, develop new business, and manage key accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively serve our diverse client base. As a vital part of our sales team, you will contribute to expanding our market presence and building lasting client relationships.

Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Utilize marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively
  • Leverage technology sales tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales is a plus
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data and customer needs
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for driving sales growth and building relationships

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $35,500.00-$121,849.36 per year
