**Job brief**

We are looking for a competent **Inventory Management Specialist** to monitor and report on the company’s inventory. Your job is important since the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as inventory management specialist or similar position
- Proficient in cycle counting, reconciliations, and investigations
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adeptness with MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and complete Microsoft Office suite with a strong Microsoft Excel background.
