From managing schedules and correspondence to assisting with inventory management and customer inquiries, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency and excellence in our retail environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for retail staff.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support for retail events, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Assist in processing customer transactions and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- Help maintain a clean and organized retail space, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.64-$23.03 per hour
