**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Optimization**:

- Lead and optimize procurement processes within LS Retail, ensuring efficient inventory management, strategic vendor partnerships, and cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Utilize data analysis and market trends to drive procurement excellence and improve inventory turnover.

**Vendor Management**:

- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify marketing opportunities, promotions, and cooperative advertising initiatives.

**Marketing Promotions**:

- Assist in developing marketing promotions, campaigns, and strategies within the LS Retail system to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, track performance, and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

**LS Retail Omni channel Management**:

- Oversee the integration with Shopify and other omni channel platforms to ensure seamless operations, data synchronization, and customer experience consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and optimize the omnichannel integration.

**Power BI Reporting**:

- Create and update Power BI report templates to provide meaningful insights and analytics on procurement, sales, inventory, and marketing performance.
- Design visually compelling dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

**LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central**:

- Leverage LS Central, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, to maximize system capabilities and integration with other business processes.
- Stay updated on LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enhancements, new functionalities, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize data analytics tools within LS Retail and Power BI to generate insights and reports on procurement performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and omnichannel performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and identifying areas for improvement.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, IT, and other relevant departments, to align LS Retail activities and omnichannel efforts with overall business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an LS Retail Specialist, with expertise in procurement, marketing, omnichannel management, and Power BI reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of LS Retail modules, including purchasing, POS, and marketing functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools, Power BI, and MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing promotions, campaigns, and strategies.
- Knowledge of Shopify and other omni channel platforms, including integration and management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification or training in LS Retail, Power BI, or related platforms is desirable.
