**Administrative Manager - Kitchener, ON**
ONE Fertility Kitchener Waterloo is a state-of-the art fertility centre, devoted to providing the most specialized and expert fertility care, treatment and counseling available in Canada, and internationally. While our focus is to fully support our clients on their aspiration and journey to parenthood, we do not lose sight of the holistic care needs of the individual. Our assessment and treatment plans are focused on providing the best success rates while adapting the treatment options to suit the needs and comfort level of each individual.
**Position Description**
The Administrative Manager position is responsible for the overall day-to-day coordination and management of both administrative functions. The Administrativel Manager is responsible for promoting excellent patient care and effective use of resources.
- Manages and supervises the day-to-day operations in the facility; including but not limited to inventory, scheduling, managing resources, budgeting, monitoring and evaluating staff performance, training and development.
- Endeavour to improve the overall quality of healthcare to create an exceptional patient experience that guarantees patient satisfaction.
- Assess the staffing needs of the clinic, conducts recruitment and training of new staff when necessary.
- Proactively manage and support team members’ performance and development to maximize productivity and meet clinic objectives; including but not limited to performance feedback, reviews, appraisals, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure an integrated system for delivery of care.
- Participates in community outreach and develop marketing strategies to publicize clinic’s program and services.
- Maintains knowledge of and complies with established policies and procedures that provide a high level of quality care and services for patients and their families.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic medical practice environment.
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by the clinic.
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent management, leadership, decision-making, problem-solving skills, time-management and the ability to motivate others.
- Must be able to handle multi-tasking effectively.
- Marketing skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of patient privacy regulations.
- Human resources training and skills or experiences
**Qualifications**
A minimum of Bachelor degree in related discipline.
**Advantage**:
Business, healthcare administration or human resources management degree or experience.
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
