We are looking for an experienced **Operations Team Leader **to join and lead our growing team You will play a crucial role in directing the Parts, Service and Warranty departments with a Strategy for success.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Effectively communicate to Customers and Team Members with a positive attitude
- Oversee team members in Service, Parts and Warranty departments and provide safety as a top priority for all
- Effectively organize to ensure team objectives and performance goals are achieved
- Create an exceptional customer service experience
- Implement and monitor department budgets and other expenses
- Mentor, coach, train and support the development of team members in the dealership **YOUR CAPABILITIES & CREDENTIALS**
- 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department (preferred)
- Ability to train, coach, mentor and encourage direct reports and supporting staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong administration & computer abilities
- MUST possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
- Professional, positive personality that can execute day to day results
