St. Marys Golf & Country Club is seeking a Sales & Experience Director to lead our event sales across weddings, golf, restaurant, and accommodations. This is a dynamic role that blends strategy and planning - perfect for a leader who excels at building connections, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our sales and events experience.

What You'll Do:
Lead and Mentor: Support and guide a small, driven sales team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies that expand our event and group sales while strengthening our brand.
Build Relationships: Connect with clients, vendors, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate Operationally: Work closely with culinary, operations, and accommodations teams to deliver seamless, high-quality events.
Analyze and Improve: Track performance, identify opportunities, and refine processes to maximize efficiency and impact.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in event or hospitality sales. Strong understanding of event planning, client service, and strategic sales growth. Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, innovative, and comfortable taking leadership and ownership. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.

Location and Schedule:

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
