**Responsibilities**:
- Create, assign, and coordinate service technician work schedules.
- Establish assignment priorities and dispatch personnel accordingly.
- Create, dispatch, debrief, close and invoice work orders (full cycle).
- Support the local Branch Manager with creating and submitting work order estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with customers on existing proposals to help the branch achieve its monthly objectives.
- Enter Scale System and data sheet information into new Service Management software (Salesforce/ServiceMax).
- Maintain and organize files and databases
- Provide superior customer service to clients on the phone and via electronic correspondence.
- Follow-up with customer to review satisfaction and to understand opportunity for improvement.
- Shipping and receiving service parts.
**Profile**:
- Previous experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax an asset.
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service or a strong desire to learn is required.
- Driven, excellent multi-tasking skills and someone that enjoys problem solving.
- Strong communication skills (French & English), both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an awesome team player.
- Curious and interested in managing priorities and your work-life balance.
- The ability to process transactions with accuracy and attention to detail, while not sacrificing volume.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Office 360, Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Professional diploma in administration or equivalent study.

**Responsabilités**:
- Créer, attribuer et coordonner les horaires de travail des techniciens de service.
- Établir les priorités d'affectation et répartir le personnel en conséquence.
- Créer, répartir, débriefer, fermer et facturer les bons de travail (cycle complet).
- Aider le directeur de succursale local à créer et à soumettre des estimations et des propositions de commandes de travail.
- Assurer le suivi des propositions existantes auprès des clients afin d'aider la succursale à atteindre ses objectifs mensuels.
- Saisir les informations du système de pesée et des fiches techniques dans le nouveau logiciel de gestion des services (Salesforce/ServiceMax).
- Maintenir et organiser les fichiers et les bases de données.
- Fournir un service à la clientèle supérieur aux clients au téléphone et par correspondance électronique.
- Faire un suivi avec le client pour vérifier sa satisfaction et comprendre les possibilités d'amélioration.
- Expédier et recevoir les pièces de rechange.
**Profil**:
- Expérience préalable avec Salesforce ou ServiceMax, un atout.
- Personnalité extravertie avec d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.
- Un minimum de deux (2) ans de service à la clientèle ou un fort désir d'apprendre est requis.
- Dynamique, excellentes compétences multitâches et personne aimant résoudre les problèmes.
- Solides compétences en communication (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et excellent esprit d'équipe.
- Curieux et intéressé par la gestion des priorités et l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée.
- Capacité à traiter les transactions avec précision et attention aux détails, sans pour autant sacrifier le volume.
- Solides compétences informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office, Office 360, Microsoft Teams, de préférence.
- Diplôme professionnel en administration ou étude équivalente.
