**Important**:

- Seeking a Change Management Consultant. A strong resource who takes a more a wholistic approach, also coaching leaders. One who has been involved in multi-year programs.
- Not seeking someone who only has executed a tactical plan of a single implementation. This is an Enterprise with Strategic as well as Tactical planning, with multiple implementation executions.
- Enterprise Level and PRIVATE sector industry experience (MINIMAL GOVERNMENT experience if any, please)

The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting our multi-year corporate initiatives (I.e. Cloud Transformations, ERP Migrations/Upgrades, End to End Application Development and Middleware Projects) Any one of the projects and programs will have enterprise-wide impacts and will require a comprehensive change management and communications strategy and plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and advise on change management strategies and plan.
- Manage key internal stakeholders' expectations and act as a change management coach for employees and leads.

**Must Have**
- 8+ years of experience in Change management with Experience in initiatives and organizational transformation involving comprehensive change activities at the Enterprise and Private Sector Levels
- Experience in leading organizations through transformation initiatives, with experience in various technological/IT initiatives (I.e. Cloud Transformations, ERP Migrations/Upgrades, End to End Application Development and Middleware Projects)
- Experience in delivering change management within IT environment
- Experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-Suite
- Strong track record in positioning an organization to achieve tangible outcomes
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, including Agile

**Nice to Have**
- Previous experience in a consulting organization and/or relevant, distinguished industry experience is an asset.

**Education and/or Certification**
Certifications: Change management training / certifications, Prosci (Asset), ITIL Foundations (Asset), Agile foundations (Asset), PMP (Asset).
