Change Management Professional

Our team has a won Change Management Professional opportunity at Health Canada for those who hold valid Secret Level II Security Clearance as issued by the Government of Canada.
**Requirements**:
Consultant must:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Change Management Professional;
- Have substantial experience articulating the purpose of the change, and coaching staff on the value of their contributions;
- Have a minimum of two (2) projects within the last ten (10) years working on science or health-based projects;
- Have a minimum of two (2) projects within the last ten (10) years planning organization of people, infrastructure, communication and/or material;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Government of Canada clients; and
- Have at least one of the following professional designations:
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- Change Management Specialist (CMS)
- Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM)
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- APGM Organizational Change Management Foundation
- AIM Change Management Certification
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
- Masters of Arts in Human Systems Intervention (Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership)
- Change Management Professional Certification from a Qualified Education Provider (QEP)
