**What You Will Be Doing**:
**Equipment & Compliance Coordination**
- Point of contact for fleet maintenance provider ensuring compliance with maintenance contract for over the road and yard equipment (yard cranes, etc.).
- Research repair history to verify correct services are performed.
- Driver point of contact for over the road repair and equipment failure and investigate as necessary.
- Ensuring assets are provided on time to maintenance provider for PM and annual Safety Scheduling.
- Warranty Tracking and processing, Claim for Warranty or Policy on applicable repairs.
- Maintain P.O system for equipment maintenance
- Manage maintenance and PM program spend to ensure alignment with various budgets, reporting anomalies, trends, forecasting to stakeholders.
- Report and analysis trends and costs of repairs
- Weekly update meetings regarding repairs and budgets
- Coordinate the shunter and yard staff on moving equipment
- Asset utilization analysis and reporting same to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with safety compliance coordinator with regard to driver compliance with pre/post trip inspection, CVOR violations related to equipment as well as ensuring driver truck manuals have up to date permits, licensing and insurance documents.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Technical Requirements**
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
- Post-secondary degree/diploma is preferred or work life equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of DOT, MTO, FMCSA, IFTA, IRP, CVOR, plates, licensing, permits and other requirements
- Applied technical knowledge of Excel, VBA, Power BI, preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

**Salary**: $60,000-$70,000 annually
