About The Role
We are seeking a
junior-level Compliance Coordinator
to support
enterprise-wide compliance projects
, starting with Quebec's
Bill 96 French Language initiative
. This role focuses on managing translation workflows, tracking compliance activities, and coordinating processes across teams. The coordinator will ensure timely handling of compliance-related requests, maintain visibility of workflows, and assist in oversight without directly authoring communications.

What You'll Do
Compliance Project Support

  • Coordinate activities for compliance initiatives across multiple projects (initial focus on Bill 96).
  • Track progress and maintain documentation for compliance deliverables.

Translation Management

  • Handle translation requests for operational, customer-facing, and internal documents.
  • Liaise between requesters and reviewers to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of approved French-language assets.

Tracking & Coordination

  • Use workflow tools (e.g., Boss Ticket system) to track incoming requests and manage visibility.
  • Monitor progress and report on compliance KPIs.

Presenting & Communicating

  • Communicate with colleagues at all levels and across various teams within TD SYNNEX and other organizations.
  • Confidently present information to small and large groups (in person and virtual), simplify complex topics, and keep audiences engaged; adjust style for different audiences.
  • Plan and deliver straightforward trainings; prepare easy-to-follow materials (slides, handouts) and improve sessions based on participant feedback

Complaint Handling

  • Log, route, and track responses for compliance-related complaints.
  • Act as a coordination point without making independent decisions.

Tools & Systems

  • Utilize Microsoft 365 for documentation and collaboration.
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus; Boss Ticket system may be used for workflow management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required).
  • Experience in project coordination or program support.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes; knowledge of distribution or supply chain terminology is an asset.
  • Basic technical proficiency; Smartsheet skills are a plus.

Nous cherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) à la conformité junior pour soutenir des projets de conformité à l'échelle de l'entreprise, en commençant par l'initiative liée à la Loi 96 du Québec sur la langue française. Le rôle consiste à gérer les flux de travail de traduction, à suivre les activités de conformité et à coordonner les processus entre les équipes. La personne assurera le traitement rapide des demandes liées à la conformité, maintiendra la visibilité des flux de travail et appuiera la supervision sans rédiger directement les communications.

Ce que vous ferez
Soutien aux projets de conformité

  • Coordonner les activités des initiatives de conformité dans plusieurs projets (accent initial sur la Loi 96).
  • Suivre l'avancement et tenir à jour la documentation des livrables de conformité.

Gestion des traductions

  • Gérer les demandes de traduction pour les documents opérationnels, destinés aux clients et internes.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les demandeurs et les réviseurs afin de garantir la rapidité d'exécution et l'exactitude.
  • Maintenir un référentiel centralisé des ressources approuvées en langue française.

Suivi et coordination

  • Utiliser des outils de flux de travail (p. ex. système Boss Ticket) pour suivre les demandes entrantes et assurer la visibilité.
  • Surveiller la progression et rendre compte des KPI de conformité.

Présentations et communication

  • Communiquer avec des collègues à tous les niveaux et auprès de diverses équipes au sein de TD SYNNEX et d'autres organisations.
  • Présenter avec assurance de l'information à de petits et grands groupes (en personne et en mode virtuel), simplifier les sujets complexes et maintenir l'engagement; adapter le style selon les publics.
  • Planifier et offrir des formations simples; préparer des supports faciles à suivre (diapositives, aide-mémoire) et améliorer les séances en fonction des commentaires des participants.

Gestion des plaintes

  • Consigner, acheminer et suivre les réponses aux plaintes liées à la conformité.
  • Agir comme point de coordination sans prendre de décisions de façon autonome.

Outils et systèmes

  • Utiliser Microsoft 365 pour la documentation et la collaboration.
  • L'expérience avec Smartsheet est un atout; le système Boss Ticket peut être utilisé pour la gestion des flux de travail.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire.
