**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Equipment Inspection Coordinator,** you’ll play a key role coordinating the on-site service, monthly, and annual inspections of our **Construction Equipment** through:

- Ensuring that all annual on-site inspections of our Heavy, Light, Aerial Construction and Material Handling equipment are completed on time and meet Stephenson’s quality standards
- Arranging for parts or equipment exchanges if majour repairs are required
- Acting as a liaison between customers, stores, and third-party vendors and coordinating with our Road Service Dispatch team to ensure any overdue inspections are addressed
- Dispatching Field Service Technicians to cover vacations or time off, when required
- Maintaining purchase orders and closing off work orders, when required
- Maintaining open communication with our Order Fulfillment, Prodesk, and Dispatch teams regarding equipment status and any other relevant information
- Closing off monthly and annual inspection work orders accurately and submitting on-site inspection copies to the appropriate parties for documentation
- Providing weekly priority reports summarizing monthly/annual inspection metrics to all Hub locations and management teams
- Reviewing weekly reports on overdue monthly/annual inspections for on-site equipment and coordinating technicians for site service, prioritizing service based on days overdue
- Ensuring that on-site equipment is available prior to scheduling inspection or servicing
- Verifying equipment serial numbers for service and inspection align with client equipment contract
- Confirming the accuracy of client contact information, site addresses, and other relevant information and updating where required
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Completing other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative or Equipment Inspection experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in Construction and/or Equipment Rentals
- Advanced computer literacy and MS Office Suite experience. Familiarity with Axiom is an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able effectively able to deal with internal staff and clients
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
