The job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Entering orders accurately in various systems.
- Order follow ups & clarifications, as required.
- Receiving, Processing, and follow-up on Damage Claims.
- Advising customers on company information and policies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Previous Customer Service experience is required.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
