**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Utilize accounting software and systems such as Ceridian, ADP, or PeopleSoft and others for payroll processing and reporting.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll adjustments, new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
- Assist with accounts payable functions as they relate to payroll expenses.
- Analyze payroll data for trends and discrepancies, providing reports to management as required.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with overall financial operations.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in payroll software
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in accounts payable and general accounting principles is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively for reporting purposes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management regarding payroll inquiries.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes is a plus.
