**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to individual client requirements.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including presenting policies and explaining coverage options to potential clients.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote insurance products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through effective sales administration practices.
- Negotiate terms of insurance contracts with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of policy details.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance market.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service principles, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Experience in insurance sales is highly desirable; familiarity with various types of insurance products is a plus.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
