Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Be an exceptional customer service representative to our clients
- Be an expert in all personal and commercial insurance
- Assist with daily phone calls including answering the phone, assisting with general inquiries, reminders calls and client questionnaires
- Assist with processing payments and other administrative tasks
- Understand the business and support the team reach their goals
- Other tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Level 1 Insurance
- Completion of some post secondary education will be considered an asset
- Prior experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
- Prior office experience is considered an asset
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Goal-oriented
- Organization and time management skills are essential
- High degree of self-motivation, ability to work independently and be a proactive self-starter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
