- Our new 80,000 ft2 head office is located at 106 Bay St. in Sturgeon Falls, ON. This is close to downtown and some employees take advantage of that to bike or walk to work.
**Job Description;**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
- Record customer orders and dispatch truck deliveries
- Data entry, filing and reporting
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with general office duties
- Working in a office setting
- Work schedule is 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Polite, respectful, organized with attention to detail
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Valid drivers license is an asset
- Basic construction knowledge is preferred but not required
