_**The Job**_ We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our close-knit management team in Niagara Falls. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to quickly develop into a full-time Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator position. We are very flexible and can accommodate a morning or afternoon schedule, including remote days. As a valued member of the Eicon team, the **key responsibilities** include, but are not limited to: - Providing administrative support and assistance to some fantastic Property Managers. - Managing action lists and deliverables and organising the time required to address them. - General administrative duties include but are not limited to answering calls, filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and more. - Data entry and maintenance of paper and electronic files. Attending meetings, crafting, recording, and circulating meeting agendas and minutes. - Preparing, proofreading, and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - Handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly. - Other duties as assigned. - **Desired skills and experience**:_ - Minimum two years' experience working in an administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator capacity. - Post-secondary education is an asset. - Excellent editing and proofreading skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to perform in a team-oriented environment. - Self-starter with strong problem-solving, strategic and creative thinking and decision-making ability. - Outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Accustomed to "open door" office setting. **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 20 per week **Salary**: From $21.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Work from home Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 4 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Secondary School (required) **Experience**: - Administrative: 2 years (required)
