Kastiele Staging is a growing staging company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We specialize in staging homes to maximize their appeal and value in the market.

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design? Join our team as a home stager and play a key role in helping us stage homes. As a Stager, you will work closely with our staging team to prepare properties for sale, create stunning visual displays, and showcase each home's unique features.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and arrangement of furniture, decor, and accessories
- Make beds, set up lighting, and hang artwork
- Assemble furniture on occasion
- Assist with packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading of staging items on site and at our staging warehouse
- Prepare and organize staging inventory in the warehouse, including furniture, artwork, and decorative items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- An interest in design
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs
- Previous experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field preferred but not required
- An eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly from one task to the next
- Driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to various properties as needed are a must.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal direction once established in the role

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
