We serve clients across the Lower Mainland and are looking for someone passionate about transforming homes for sale, not someone pursuing a career in interior design. This is a long-term, leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical, and practical environment. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing property stagings, managing inventory, leading a staging team, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently. A keen eye for style is important, but this position is about _execution and logistics_, not just design concepts. You’ll be actively involved in every part of the staging process - moving furniture, setting up rooms, and making homes shine for the market. You'll also take the lead on key administrative tasks like preparing quotes, coordinating with clients, and managing day-to-day operations.
