**Key tasks for this position include**:
Our diverse and growing team requires an individual who thrives in an agile and varied role. This integral member of our team juggles multiple projects and timelines, interfaces with clients, trades and suppliers, provides production support on job sites, is a jack-of-all trades in renovations, is physically fit and enjoys manual work, and is an excellent team player who presents professionally with a fantastic attitude.

**Home Staging Production**
- Oversee and implement established staging processes (prep, on-site and post duties)
- Light cleaning, lifting, driving and organizing of/to/from warehouse and job sites
- Hang artwork, assemble furniture, pickups & deliveries, and other handy skills to get our jobs completed efficiently and with style
- Physically capable of lifting and moving

**Interior Design & Renovation Production**:

- Support Designers and Project Manager on design sites including occasional site supervision, inventory, and trades & client interfacing
- Help with design project installations and other production duties (light repairs, painting, installation, assembly etc)
- Strong understanding of trades, ability to read design drawings and construction/ renovation schedules & budgets
- Logistical support such as sample pickups, orders, deliveries and other similar duties
- Assist on job site, warehouse and in office as required
- Comfort capturing content of design and staging progress for social media channels

**Requirements for this position**:
**Software & Application Proficiency**:

- Trello, Slack, Canva
- Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook
- Google Suite: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc

**Must haves**:

- Passion for interior design & renovations
- A keen eye for detail & high work standards
- Self starter who can manage ambiguous and fast paced work environments
- A Driver's License (and comfortable driving around the city in a van)
- Punctual and excellent time management
- Comfortable using light tools and generally handy
- Happy with an active working day, lifting and other physical tasks
- Clean and professional style
- Excellent client relation and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Hardworking, proactive and a motivated self-starter
- Willing to learn and able to follow orders with versatility
- Extremely organized and obsessively detailed
- Ability to work independently and in a team with mínimal supervision
- Efficient and effective, able to work calmly under pressure
- Upbeat, positive and friendly

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
