**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
As the E-commerce Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in driving our vision of delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing sales and profits as a leading omnichannel retailer. Leveraging your strong expertise in website analytics, online customer behavior, e-commerce insights, and A/B testing, you help bring the commercial plan to life. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you support collections, merchandising priorities, promotions, editorial content strategy, and paid media initiatives.

**What you do**:

- Launch and oversee the ongoing operations of the brand’s e-commerce website.
- Supervise the online customer experience to boost retention, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Drive global e-commerce growth by leading the execution of commercial initiatives across the website and mid/low-funnel media campaigns.
- Develop briefs and manage the e-commerce content calendar and work-back schedules. Coordinate effectively with teams responsible for design, content development, and integration to ensure the web experience aligns with the brand’s creative vision.
- Strategically develop high-conversion landing pages that support media campaigns, enhance SEO keyword performance, and elevate the overall brand experience.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on the website to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Align all e-commerce activities—including site layout, navigation, personalization tools, and promotional campaigns—to meet or exceed key performance metrics.

**Qualifications** Who you are**
- University degree in Business, e-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in eCommerce, digital marketing or digital strategy, ideally within an omnichannel organization.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, Shopify, CMS platforms, project management tools, performance reporting tools.
- Strong communication and influencing skills; able to present insights and recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Bilingual.
