**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
**E-Commerce Management**:
- Upload and maintain product listings in Shopify (variants, pricing, fit info, tags, meta fields)
- Maintain homepage hero updates, sale banners, size charts, seasonal collections
- Build and test landing pages for drops, capsules, and promo events
- Monitor site UX issues (broken links, speed issues, PDP layout errors)
- Pull weekly KPIs (AOV, CVR, Traffic, Returns, Top SKUs)
**Execute UI updates to support conversion improvements**:
- refreshed PDP layouts (image order, size guide placement, badges)
- optimizing menu/nav labels & collection filters
- updating add-to-cart button hierarchy, promo callouts, trust badges
- improving mobile UX layouts for drops & promo events
- Update list segments, automation triggers, discount exclusions
- Monitor deliverability, UTM tracking, click-through and conversion data
- Pull weekly CRM reports and support monthly retention insights
**Paid Media Coordination**:
- Act as week-to-week liaison with paid media agency (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Provide weekly creative assets, product priorities, promo messaging
- Ensure product feeds and URLs are correct & live pre-launch
- QA ad links, UTMs, product tags, landing pages tied to campaigns
- Assist with creative briefs for new ads (hooks, messaging, product focus)
- Track competitor ad angles & seasonal promo trends
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years experience in Shopify e-commerce or DTC brand environment
- Klaviyo experience (or similar CRM—Retentino, Mailchimp, Omnisend)
- Comfortable with UTM tracking, ad link QA, pixel checks
- Strong organizational skills under tight seasonal deadlines
- Analytical mindset with interest in performance marketing
- Problem-solver with attention to detail on product data & launches
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Figma / Canva / Adobe / Photoshop skills for editing, resizing or light creative tasks
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads interface
- Content coordination (UGC creators, influencer gifting)
- Basic CRO understanding (A/B testing, PDP optimization)

**Résumé du poste**
Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste e-commerce dynamique et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe marketing numérique. La personne idéale sera responsable de la gestion et de l’optimisation de notre boutique en ligne sur diverses plateformes, d’augmenter le trafic et de stimuler les ventes grâce à des initiatives numériques stratégiques. Ce rôle nécessite une solide compréhension des opérations e-commerce, des outils de marketing digital et des leviers de performance afin d’améliorer la visibilité de la marque et l’engagement client.
**ResponsabilitésGestion E-Commerce**
- Mettre en ligne et maintenir les fiches produits dans Shopify (prix, variantes, descriptions, tags, métadonnées)
- Mettre à jour les bannières, hero homepage, collections saisonnières, guides de tailles
- Construire et tester les landing pages pour lancements, drops, capsules et promotions
- Surveiller et résoudre les problèmes UX (liens brisés, vitesse du site, erreurs PDP)
- Extraire les KPI hebdomadaires (AOV, CVR, trafic, retours, top produits)
- Exécuter des mises à jour UI pour soutenir l’amélioration du taux de conversion:
- mise à jour des PDP (ordre des images, placement du guide des tailles, badges)
- optimisation du menu/navigation et filtres de collections
- optimisation de la hiérarchie des CTA, messages promotionnels, badges de réassurance
- amélioration de l’expérience mobile lors des drops et campagnes
- Programmer et contrôler la qualité des campagnes dans Klaviyo
- Mettre à jour les segments, déclencheurs d’automations, exclusions de rabais
- Suivre la délivrabilité, tracking UTM, taux de clics et conversions
- Extraire les rapports CRM hebdomadaires et soutenir les analyses mensuelles
**Coordination Médias Payants**
- Agir en tant que point de contact hebdomadaire avec l’agence média (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Fournir les assets créatifs, priorités produits et messages promotionnels
- Assurer l’exactitude des flux produits et URLs avant mise en ligne
- Vérifier les liens publicitaires, UTMs, tags produits, pages d’atterrissage des campagnes
- Participer aux briefs créatifs pour nouvelles annonces (ang
