**For full-time employees**:

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Manager, E-Commerce, the incumbent is responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of La Vie en Rose's e-commerce. They participate in the development of e-commerce strategies as well as the deployment of all changes and projects to maximize the sales potential of the website.
- Participate in the development of strategic plans for the e-commerce.
- Work with the content strategy and creative teams to design the site's digital banners and other marketing initiatives while ensuring conformity with the La Vie en Rose brand.
- Coordinate all day-to-day activities, including the deployment of promotional campaigns, e-commerce, and other marketing initiatives.
- Plan and maintain the web calendar.
- Write and update briefs.
- Follow up on projects.
- Be responsible for testing and quality control.
- Optimize the customer experience by ensuring continuous improvement of design, content, navigation, branding, performance, and functionality of the site.
- Measure website performance on an ongoing basis to identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of and compliance with e-commerce best practices.
- Conduct regular and effective competitive reviews.
- Keep abreast of e-commerce trends.
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent.
- 2 years' relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset).
- Experience with Optimizely (an asset).
- Good understanding of e-commerce best practices.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance analysis tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (an asset).
- Basic knowledge of SEO (an asset).
- Knowledge of digital media;
- Proficiency in Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.
- Organizational skills, autonomous and able to evolve in a changing environment.
- Thoroughness, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Proven interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Bilingual, both orally and in writing (French and English).
