**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This role requires excellent market knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a background in retail sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and providing product recommendations
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and order history
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in an automotive parts setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
