We are currently looking to hire an experienced Parts Advisor. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in processing all parts purchases, meet performance objectives and follow policies and procedures as well as handle some shipping and receiving duties. Note: you will need to have transportation to and from the Vars location.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains good relationships with customers and co-workers
- Take parts calls over the phone
- Attends to customers who visit the dealership
- Assists technicians in meeting their parts demands
- Purchases and receives orders
- Restocks shelves
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 plus years’ experience working as a Parts Advisor
- Previous dealership experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees in the team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure/ work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with computers
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
