We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. This position is full-time and located in Vars Ontario, just east of Ottawa. Note: public transportation is not available.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor is responsible for ensuring they accurately process all parts purchases, meet performance objectives and follow policies and procedures as well as handle some shipping and receiving duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers
- Take parts calls over the phone
- Attend to customers who visit the dealership
- Assist the technicians in meeting their parts demands
- Restock shelves
- Receive orders
- Purchase orders

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and their parts OR willingness to learn
- Parts department experience
- Previous retail experience
- Team player
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Bilingualism would be an asset
- High school diploma
