Bel-Air Toyota is looking for a **FULL-TIME PARTS ADVISOR**

**Position overview**:
The Automotive Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in identifying and obtaining the necessary automotive parts and accessories. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of automotive components.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying required parts and accessories.
- Provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
- Maintain an organized inventory of automotive parts and accessories.
- Process orders and manage inventory using our parts management software.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders.
- Ensure all parts are correctly labeled and stored in their designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in French and English is an asset
- Valid Forklift license is an asset
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department or related role.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
