**What you'll be doing**:

- Quickly develop a strong understanding of our brand, our talent, and the broader adult entertainment landscape
- Develop original content ideas and marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand growth
- Write compelling pre-roll scripts and ad copy tailored to our audience and brand voice
- Collaborate with the advertising and post-production teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on creative vision
- Review footage to ensure quality, compliance, and brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with trends in adult entertainment, digital marketing, and social media
- Script compelling promotional copy for ads and banners
- Drive clicks and sales by identifying, surfacing, and producing compelling and creative adult content
- Work with the data analytics team to track campaign performance and refine content and promotional strategies

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- 2+ years of professional corporate experience
- A passion for and familiarity with adult content, our brand, and our talent
- Proven experience in content creation, with an emphasis on video scripting, ad copywriting, and campaign messaging
- Comfortable working with explicit material in a professional and respectful manner
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and provide constructive feedback to improve creative output

**Nice to Haves**:

- A marketing background with experience in campaign development and execution
- Familiarity with the adult entertainment landscape, platforms, and trends
- Experience working with video production teams or reviewing visual content
