**The Role**:
We want you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Jr. Accounts Payable Analyst.**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a critical role within FYidoctors. You will be crucial to our success as we deliver world-class service to our many business units. You are organized with a customer service mindset with an ability to train and support our clinics and vendors.

This opportunity is a Full-Time, 3-month contract position working 40 hours per week in our Calgary office.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Processing invoices and credit memos in Palette, including matching invoices to purchase orders, coding invoices, obtaining proper approval, and ensuring details are accurately recorded
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and credit memos
- Support the members of the Accounts Payable team
- Adhere to company policies, vendor contracts, accounting principles, and reporting requirements
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Enrollment or completion of Post-secondary Business/Accounting related diploma/certificate would be an asset
- Fluency in French would be an asset
