**The Role**:
We want you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Accounts Payable Analyst.**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a critical role within FYidoctors. You will be crucial to our success as we deliver world-class service to our many business units. You are organized with a customer service mindset with an ability to train and support our clinics and vendors.

This opportunity is a Full-Time, permanent position working 40 hours per week in our Calgary office.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Provide training and support to clinics and vendors
- Review OCR invoice mapping and match invoices to purchase orders
- Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor accounts, solve problems and maintain good internal and external relationships
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Support the members of the Accounts Payable team
- Adhere to company policies, vendor contracts, accounting principles, and reporting requirements
- Prepare monthly accruals and other various month-end closing tasks
- Ad hoc projects as required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of accounts payable experience is preferred
- Experience in a high-volume environment with an understanding of accounting concepts
- Post-secondary Accounting related diploma/certificate would be an asset
- Fluency in French would be an asset
