Unity is seeking a high-energy impact player to join our Procurement Team reporting to the CFO. The Procurement Administrator will work closely with the Deals Desk Team, providing the cost effective procurement of materials, goods, and services to support the execution of Unity’s operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Obtain quotes from various suppliers to determine the most cost-effective purchasing option
- Support accounting department in reconciliation of invoicing and purchase orders
- Collaborate with project management, warehouse and customer service personnel to deliver project requirements, develop solutions and meet deadlines
- Verify that all Sales Packages/Move Add Changes (MAC’s) contain appropriate documentation prior to purchase order submission to vendor
- Communicate with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, the coordination of delivery and resolution of backorders and delays
- Work with couriers in obtaining proof of delivery and in resolution of missing shipments
- Prepare and administer the returns process to ensure both customer and company received proper credit for damaged and/or returned material
- Monitor and respond to requests received through the ERP system
- Interface with management, accounts payable, warehouse and customer service personnel
- Responsible for receiving in the system all virtual deliveries, such as software licenses and manufacturer support resold to end customers
- Responsible for receiving in the system and managing physical drop-shipped items related purchase orders
- Build relationships and trust with internal and external customers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities all while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Solid data entry skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess a style that embodies a sense of urgency
- Must be fluent in English
